Dear Colleagues,

We are writing to invite you and your networks to three key events in our Race Council Cymru calendar.

Firstly, please click on the link below to register for Welsh Governments Service of Remembrance to thank Ethnic Minority servicemen and women in Wales for their sacrifice for peace.

Finally our Black History Month Grand Finale is being held this year at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama at North Road Cardiff on Sunday 4th November 2018 from 11.30am – 6pm. Come and enjoy a spectacular showcase of talent, music and high energetic dancing from Sun of Africa a group from Guinea Conakry. Also meet the renown Patrick Vernon who has campaigned for justice for our Windrush Generation migrants and designed the Windrush Generations Board games and attend his workshop at the Grand Finale. Poster below shows some of the contributors. Black History Month events are funded by Arts Council Wales.
Our Black History Month Grand Finale event will be opened by the Hon First Minister of Wales Carwyn Jones AM at 12pm prompt – Free event All welcome – To rent a stall at this event, please email [email protected] or call 07838360979
