Rebecca Woolley has spent 20 years working in the public sector and third sector in Wales.

Graduating from the NHS Leadership and Management Scheme with an MBA in Health Management, she went on to implement change in primary care services and lead community-based teams across the South Wales valleys.

For the past ten years Rebecca has worked in leadership roles in the third sector, specialising in external engagement, service development and relationship building. She is particularly interested in the challenges and opportunities that come from working within the context of Welsh devolution.

At the heart of Rebecca’s work is a belief in the primary importance of addressing inequity in everything we do, from our daily interactions with each other to participating in large-scale systemic change.
